Day Of Coordination

Day-of Coordination is for the couple who have it all together. You have worked so hard in choosing all of your details and planning the event of your dreams. You just need someone to make sure that all of your beautiful plans become reality so that you and your loved ones can be stress free on your special dreams.  
A partial list of our Day-of Coordination includes:
Pre-Wedding

  • In-person planning meetings, unlimited support via phone and email, and being available when you need support.

  • Establishing a detailed timeline and itinerary for the ceremony and reception.

  • Meeting with vendors and venue coordinators for logistic planning and walk-through.

Wedding Day

  • Providing hands on wedding day support including troubleshooting to ensure a stress free day for couple and family.

  • Instructing the bridal party and immediate family on their wedding day duties.

Post-Wedding

  • Supervising event’s clean-up and break down.

  • Coordinating transportation of gifts to predetermined location.

  • Ensuring the return of rental items and supplies to appropriate vendors.

Full Planning

Full-Service planning leaves no detail unattended. From design to photographer, we make sure all vendors are on board during the special day. Our service is dependent on your need. We work with those who prefer to be more hands off as well as those who are heavily involved in the process. Our Full-Service Planning will work with your time frame. Some of our Full-Service Planning services include:

  • In-person planning meetings, unlimited support via phone and email, and being available when you need support.

  • Working with the couple in establishing and managing a timeline of events while providing updates in the process.

  • Assisting in budgeting and keeping track of expenses.

  • Helping you design the wedding theme and style.

  • Coordinating all aspects including hotel bookings, venue arrangements, transportation details, etc.

Hourly Consultations

Imagine This Events offers an hourly rate for those small tasks that you may need assistance with. These include finding and meeting with vendors, reviewing and negotiating contracts, addressing envelopes, setting up decor, running errands, or just about anything else you may need help with to ensure that your day runs smoothly.


Here’s a partial list of what we can do under our Hourly Consultation:

  • Planning wedding-related events such as bachelorette parties, bridal showers, outings for the groomsmen, rehearsal dinner, after-party, day-after wedding brunch.

  • Providing personal assistance and errand services, tracking RSVP’s for a final headcount, helping with favors, and invitations.
